1. Introduction

Welcome to ListingOS, operated by Rasputinai.tech. By accessing our website (listingos.in) or using our SaaS platform and Telegram Bot integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Subscription and Billing

ListingOS is a B2B SaaS platform. We offer a 14-day free trial on our Solo plan. After the trial, you must purchase a subscription (Monthly or Annually) to maintain access to your workspace and bot. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Data Sovereignty and Security

We employ strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is isolated. You retain full ownership of the property listings, buyer information, and deal pipelines you input into the system. ListingOS acts solely as a data processor and will not sell, share, or market your proprietary data to third parties or other agents on the platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ListingOS for any illegal activities, spamming, or violating the terms of service of third-party platforms we integrate with (such as Telegram, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or Zapier). Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended immediately without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

ListingOS is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any lost revenue, missed deals, or damages arising from service interruptions, Telegram API outages, or third-party service failures.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.
