Account Data: Name, email address, agency name, and billing details provided during registration and subscription.
Operational Data: Property details, buyer requirements, and CRM data you input into the system via the dashboard or your custom Telegram bot.
Integration Data: OAuth tokens for Google Drive and WhatsApp API credentials, which are encrypted at rest.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data you enter is used exclusively to provide the ListingOS service to you. We use AI (such as vector embeddings) to match your buyers with your properties. We do not use your proprietary real estate data to train generic AI models, nor do we sell your data to third parties, competitors, or marketing agencies.

4. Data Security and Isolation

Our database architecture utilizes strict Row-Level Security (RLS) in PostgreSQL. This means your operational data is cryptographically isolated at the database level. Another agent or tenant on ListingOS cannot access your properties or buyers under any circumstances.

5. Third-Party Payments

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers. All payment processing is securely handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

If you cancel your subscription, your data is archived but not immediately deleted, allowing you to resume service later. You have the right to request a complete and permanent deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
