Q.Do I need to know coding to use ListingOS?
Absolutely not. If you can message someone on WhatsApp, you can use ListingOS. All interactions happen through plain-text Telegram messages. The AI handles the data extraction and structuring automatically.
Q.What is BYOB and why does it matter?
BYOB stands for Bring Your Own Bot. Instead of sharing a generic platform bot, you create your own bot via Telegram's BotFather and link it to our system. Your clients interact with your brand identity (e.g. @YourAgencyBot), maintaining your professional image.
Q.Is my client data safe from other agents?
Yes. We use PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). This means your data is cryptographically isolated at the database level. Your listings, buyers, and deals are completely invisible to every other tenant on the platform.
Q.How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to the Solo Plan features for 14 days without entering a credit card. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account is paused and data is archived (not deleted) so you can return later.
Q.Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing tab in your dashboard. You will not be billed again, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Q.Does it work for teams or brokerages?
Yes, we have Team (up to 5 users) and Brokerage (up to 25 users) plans that allow you to share a central property database and deal pipeline while maintaining individual agent metrics.
Q.How does the AI Matchmaking work?
Instead of simple keyword matching, we use semantic vector embeddings. If a buyer asks for a "calm area near the beach under 60L", the AI understands the intent and finds properties that match those criteria, even if those exact words aren't in the listing description.
Q.Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?
Because we offer a risk-free, no-card-required 14-day trial for you to evaluate the platform, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for specific exceptions.
